Mrs. Walker was a lifelong resident of Laurens County. She was the
daughter of the late John Thomas Brooks and the late Mary White Brooks. She
was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. She died Monday at her home.
Survivors include her husband, John Walker of East Dublin; children, Brooks
Wood, Dudley Wood III, and Della Amerson; grandchildren, Ashley Bellflower,
Brian Bellflower, Angel Bellflower, Jacqueline Amerson, Ivy Amerson; brothers,
Sebern Brooks, Edgar Brooks, Cranston Brooks.
The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home
Wednesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
