The Dublin Civitans met at the Dublin Country Club on September 16, 2010 for their annual Installation Dinner. Outgoing President Kenny Martin, who is also the incoming Governor, Georgia District, Civitan International, turned the gavel over to incoming president, Bruce Birch. Both men take office officially on October 1, 2010. New officers were also sworn in for the 2010-2011 year. Mary Coon, of the Warner Robins Club, spoke at the banquet. Dublin and Warner Robins are the top two clubs in the Georgia District in membership.
John Simpson was elected treasurer. Bob Livingston is the president-elect. Doug Ward, Clinton Lord and Jamie Sheffield are new members of the Board of Directors. Patrick Thames will serve as Sergeant at Arms.
