NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
STATE OF GEORGIA,
COUNTY OF LAURENS.
Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from BARNEY M. PARKER and CATHERINE GAIL PARKER to THE FOUR COUNTY BANK dated July 24, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 1230, Page 81, Laurens County Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door in Laurens County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in February, 2013, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 194 of the 22nd Land District of Laurens County, Georgia, containing 27.95 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown and described according to a plat of survey prepared by Daniel R. Riggs, Suveyor, dated April 26, 1974, and recorded in Deed Book 321, Page 752, Laurens County Records. The courses and distances of said plat are incorporated into and made a part of this description by reference this is the same property described in Deed from Russell F. Lord to Barney M. Parker, recorded in Deed Book 321, Page 746, Laurens County Records. Known as 1281 Alice Brewer Rd, Dudley GA.
The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to make payments in accordance with the terms of said note. The debt remaining in default, this sale shall be made for the purpose of paying the same, and all expenses of sale, including attorneys fees, notice having been given of intent to collect attorneys fees.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, any matter which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the parties in possession of the property are BARNEY M. PARKER and CATHERINE GAIL PARKER, or a tenant or tenants. The person who shall have the authority to negotiate, amend, and modify this loan is J. Michael Brown, Vice-President, The Four County Bank, P.O.
