The Laurens County Health Department is accepting applications for a Public Health LPN Responsibilities are to perform nursing services in the prevention of illness and health maintenance to the general public. Perform tracking, follow up and case management of women enrolled in the Breast and Cervical Cancer program as well as other health department programs. Schedule referral appointments, request records from physicians, hospitals, and clinics. Maintain recall system for annual mammogram and pap screenings. Qualifications: must have a current Georgia license to practice as an LPN and one to three years nursing experience and have basic computer skills, good communication skills, and documentation skills.
