gpn14 Legal No. 12-595 Notice of Public Hearing Georgia Department of Community Affairs Public notice is hereby given that the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) will hold two public hearings to receive comments on the Draft 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) which sets forth DCA's process for allocating federal and state resources available for the development of affordable rental housing. Financing sources available through DCA include the Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME). The Draft 2013 QAP will be posted on Friday, October 30, 2012 at the following link: http://www.dca.ga.gov/housing/HousingDevelopment/programs/QAP2013docs.asp The public hearings will be held on the following days and locations: November 6th (10AM) Dublin, GA at Dublin City Hall Council Chambers November 8th (9 AM) Atlanta, GA at Cobb Galleria Centre All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard and express their views at the public hearings.
